40th Anniversary to the greatest of all time. The true embodiment of what the South and Atlanta should, can be, and sometimes is. Of how an athlete can help change a culture and change history. Of how an athlete can live a true meaningful life. He should have a statue in centennial park not just at turner field. Braves coming to Atlanta in the 60s and what they, and Aaron most of all, did to further civil rights in the deep south is a huge reason why I'm pissed that the Braves are leaving the city.
