Can't paint it with him being restricted. The Warriors would match any deal for him.

They broke off negotiations for some reason. I mean they're already having to pay taxes supposedly. It's possible I guess if we offer him a max deal, although couldn't they just sign him for 5 years and whatever his max is with the bird exception?

It would help us save a couple million in cap this year though, and then we could try to sign a shooter and a solid backup center and we would have ourselves a squad.
