Grading the offseason

Totally. I've said this a few times.

 

The Hawks are gambling on unknowns (Hardaway Jr, Justin Holiday) and injury prone players (Thabo, Splitter, Richardson, Horford) to get them through this year. I would also be worried about Kyle since he is aging and he started to pick up injuries last year. It's one of those things where they could possibly hit 50-55 wins if everyone stays healthy and someone on the team surprises people, but if the injury bug hits it will be next years excuse for failure.

 

That wasn't an excuse to fail 2 years ago when we 1st started this "rebuild" and Horford got injured early. We also had a couple more injuries late in the season but still inched into the playoffs and battled the #1 seeded Pacers to the brinks. It's good once again we're being overlooked because we love being underestimated!!

Its all gonna come together in Year 3 of Bud's Process. While all 3 are cut from the same cloth, we have more in common with the '14 Championship Spurs team than this year's GS squad now that we've added Splitter and depth. It's our turn granted we stay healthy and Dennis reaches his potential. Way too much tension up there in Cleveland. F.O.B: "Finals or Bust" is the slogan. Get wit it.
