Don't know 'bout dat but I think I've identified @Lurker on twitter.   Check out the twits following Woj's announcement of the hire.  Some clown going by the name-a Jayden Darcy just said he/she'd take Joakim Noah over Dwight Howard.  Gotta be Lurker, no?

a contract already being discussed apparently....just wish I knew more about the guy. How much was he involved building the current Warriors team?

Thanks! I couldn't find anything...well good to know he's held front office positions for 16 years however being that the Warriors weren't very impressive during most his years there , I would Consider that as something to worry about but he wasn't final say either.

One of the first questions once he is onboard for us, will that first rounder now be a big SG with a developing three pointer such as Jackson or Bacon. Interesting times coming up.

IIUC he's been asst GM for the past 5 years which were marked by some pretty good decisions by them.  I'm totally sold on him even though he's been a dawg. 

And @Thomas, to me, the first question will be how does Klay feel now that he's being squeezed into the Ron Harper role (former 20pt scorer turned defensive specialist) and is he ready to head up his own team somewhere in the SE division.

Right. Truth is, wouldn't we all.

And... you can be sure that when he gets introduced, he will be attributed with practically every good decision the Warriors have ever made... and who knows, maybe that's legitimate, but regardless, it's just what my cynical side (which rarely actually has much of a voice in my head) remembers happening over and again, no matter the team, no matter the hire.

Bottom-line is, it's all a matter of faith or lack thereof... either one puts his/her faith in Ressler's ability to make a good hiring decision, or s/he doesn't. There's almost no good evidence from which any of us peons can have any good idea whether it's a good idea.

Yeah, I know I'm saying something everyone knows. And I know it's not the first time I've said it... search on "broken record" from yesterday... but just being an obstinate stubborn mule on the topic.
