What sense would it make for Schlenk to Buyout Belinelli or Illaysova?  Neither have came out and said they don't want to be here and why would the Hawks just spend money on a Buyout to make them happy? The writer of this article makes is seem like we are desperate and need the leagues help, no it is the other way around, We are rebuilding so if we aren't winning anything with these older guys it doesn't matter.  The Struggling Playoff Bound teams like the Cavs and OKC or bordeline playoff teams like the Knicks are the ones that need help.

I can't come up with a team that couldn't use Belli, Ilya, etc and I can come up with several that could really use them.  They aren't stars and there may be other targets ahead of them but someone should flip a 2nd rounder for them.
