Coach or player

If either were to become available, who would you want, well they will but really available and we had a shot. (2021 and beyond)

1. Pop as our coach (No disrespect to Lloyd he’s learning on the fly and I like him but just for argument sake).

2. Giannis.

 

Initially when I thought about it, I was all on one side, then I was being swayed by my own arguments against myself.

 

Thoughts?

 

Again, I wanna mention I love Lloyd Piece, my guy, this is all hypothetical. I also do understand there’s a 95% or better chance Pop never leaves the organization.

My bad on homecourt this is around the association.

Give me Giannis all day. I can change coaches as quick as I change clothes until I find the right one.

Giannis 100%.  You can even make me take Larry Drew to go with him and I'll be on board.  Love Pops, but great coaches will clamor to come to Atlanta with Giannis/Trae/JC and a handful of promising young wings.

Heck even Bill Fitch won a title with the right team. Trae, Cam, JC and Giannis together! Then of course bring in a center. Results would be pretty amazing.

Just FYI, Trae, Cam and Giannis all have the same agency (not agent).

Hopefully during the Allstar Game Giannis picks Trae and they "talk"  Bucks get swept in the second round this year and next. Hawks make the playoffs next offseason.  Giannis comes over to the Young rebuilding team for his Championship!
