Agree to disagree. Trae needs to get people involved and have them ready. Then in the 4th, look for his in a big way. He can have 10 points going into the fourth then score 15 in the 4th and get 25 points while already stacking 15 dimes the first 3 quarters.

 

So after Trae dropping 15 dimes in 3 quarters, you'd be perfectly OK for him looking to shoot the ball, after successfully getting everyone else involved?

Does he get blasted by the fan base if instead of continuing to facilitate, he goes 2 - 7 in the 4th quarter with 1 assist?

What you guys are talking about, have to make sense.

 

Who do Trae's assists go to?

• Capela - 2.7 per game
• Collins - 2.4
• Huerter - 1.4
• Hunter - 1.1
• Reddish - 0.8
• Gallo - 0.6

That's 8.5 of Trae's 9.5 assists to the 6 main guys he's on the floor with.

 

And remember, he's dishing out a potential 18.1 assists a game ( 3rd in the league ).  So it's not like he isn't passing the ball all the time.

What else is supposed to do from a facilitation standpoint?

Great example at the 8:05 mark in the first quarter where Trae pulls up a deep three and his teams just sits there and watches the ball including Clint. They have to stop being surprised by that shot and expect it to miss and get the rebound.
