Duncan and Robinson.  (Robinson > Sampson for sure and I think you can argue either way with Hakeem vs Duncan)

Hmmm...making the third of the Big 3 DJ makes this much tougher than it should be.  I might go for the KG group if you are taking Robert Parish away and making Dennis the #3.

3.  Healthy Shaq and Penny  or Healthy Shaq and Kobe?

This  one is easier.  Shaq and Kobe (as long as we are before Kobe pushed Shaq off the roster due to jealousy).  Shaq was a better player when he arrived in LA than he was in Orlando and while I have my criticisms for Kobe relative to public opinion on him he is the better player here.  

4.   Tmac or Vince Carter?

5.  Jason Kidd or John Stockton?

Tough one.  Stockton by a hair but I could be convinced otherwise.

6.  Magic and Kareem     or     Shaq and Kobe?

Easier again.  Magic and Kareem (Kareem > Shaq, Magic > Kobe).

7.  Magic and Kareem  or Kareem and Oscar?

Magic and Kareem

8.   Nique and Spud   or   Trae and Hunter?

Nique and Spud because I love both and enjoyed their full careers but Trae and Hunter might bump them off given time.
