none of those are franchise players or even first options

they are all 2-9th options...we can get those kind of players back at any point (most were throw-ins or cheap players) once we get REAL players...players who form a core to take us to the championship...sheed is the only one of those on that list and he got us smoove and also would not have signed with us

and we couldn't ever have had payton...they wouldn't have done the trade if we didn't agree to release him, so we can't include him

The only trade I regret out of all of those is the Nazr trade. Possibly Stephen Jackson trade, but he would not have signed with us anyways.

I forgot Walker but I don't consider Payton a former Hawk. We could have contended in the east with half of those players. Here is my lineup (I know that some of these players were traded for each other). I also forgot Dikembe Mutombo.

This is a playoff lineup for sure. Top 3-4 seed in the east, may could have won it all....wait a minute I got ahead of my self for a minute there. That would be our best lineup in the last ten years for sure.
