He's paid a very small ammount and his very effective. JJ is effective, but came at a much higher cost. All JJ really does better than Diaw is score.... And considering what was given up for him, those points don't make up the difference.

No he isn't. All he does is score more... He's not as good of a passer or rebounder. JJ might have a high assist total, but that's more cause the Hawks don't have a PG.

When you factor everything in, he isn't THAT much better.

Diaw rebound stats are better because phoenix use him at the 4 which allows him to play closer to the basket. JJ is a much better player than Diaw. JJ proved he could be a good player on a great and terrible team. No one would know who Diaw was if he was playing for a very bad team. He's a decent role player nothing more nothing less.
