He was on at around 7:30 tonite talking about the Hawks?

He said he has sources that tell him Woodson is DEFINITELY gone if the Hawks dont get past round 1.

He also said the Hawks are better, talent-wise, than the Heat, but they dont always play like they should. He also said Smoove should be playing MUCH better with all his natural ability.

He said how the Hawks are a real bad road team and if they lose a game in Miam are in trouble.

I sincerely hope that none of you would actually hope that the Hawks lose just so Woodson might be fired. I bet it would completely break the hearts of those of you wishing us to lose if God forbid we actually won a series or two.

exactly Dolfan, i agree with you. If the Hawks and Woody can actually win a series, why would u not want that?? Woody has a chance to prove himself again. He did a good job with the team last year in the playoffs and I want to ee what he can do now. Instead of saying you want Woody gone, how about saying you want to see how far he can take this team. It isnt worth losing on purpose

Why set this team back for a few more years with a coaching change?

Mike Woodson is a terrible coach as far as offense is concerned but the way he preaches defense, we absolutely need that on this team.

It's not his fault that sometimes guys like Josh Smith are too immature to listen to him.

Sund is not going to fire Woody. He damn near said it when he said It doesn't matter if we lose in the first round.

And ASG doesn't want to fire their cheap 47 win coach. The ownership battle is not passed. Think about it... aside from keep Smoove, what moves have we made that required our owners to spend non-obvious money? Mo Evans and Flip were cheap pickups. Bibby is coming off the books this year. we're not spending any more than we have to. That means that with one more year on his deal, Wood will be coaching next year.

I would like to see the owners force Woodon to hire a good offensive minded assistant. If Eddie Jordan isn't hired by the Kings or any other team as a head coach, they should pay the big bucks to bring him in. We've got to have someone help maximize the potential of our offense.

EJ definitely preached ball movement. They ran the Princeton offense and were the exact opposit of the Hawks. I thought it was a bit ridiculous for him to get fired given all the injuries the team had.

That is the dummy thing to say about the team you like. I don't like a lot of Woody's coaching but I WOULD NEVER HOPE FOR THE HAWKS TO TAKE AN L JUST TO GET WOODY FIRED!
