They got until, what, Monday around 5 pm? My wishful thinking is Mack still gets the heave-ho, and they bring in something off the waiver wire that's a tad better. Surely, there's something else out there. ((grabs flashlight)). Mack's spent virtually his whole summer working out here, so he's got that investment working in his corner.

Ferry's a 14-Player Man from everything I've seen lately, so Cuon... (ugh!) CARTIER Martin is probably outta here by Monday, too, absent any formal quotes from the team.

I think it said Ivey has been in the league 9 years. That's a long time for a second round guard with a pretty limited offensive game. Really shows how hard he must work.

Bad decision. Since we re-signed Jeff instead of Devin, we are going to need a veteran PG to mentor Dennis. Neither one of them looked particularly good in preseason, but other than being a vet, here's also what Royal had going for him:

- He threw a great alley-oop pass to J-Flight in the open scrimmage

- Shelvin also looked bad in Summer League

- He has remained in this league as a third-stringer for so long, something I doubt Shelvin will manage
