The most impressive thing of all was the confidence Bud showed in him. Seeing him get 8th man minutes in his first game as a Hawks was impressive. I doubt he will continue to have this level of play and he will have nights where he is going to look terrible on offense but we needed the depth badly after losing Tiago and to know that Kris is a quick learner of our concepts on defense and offense and that he will be able to step right into Splitter's role is huge.

Best case scenario is last night.  Everyone else on the court knows the offensive sets except Hump.  Once he understands what's going on he will hate it here.  In all honesty they (staff) needs to leave him alone.  Heck don't even let him practice with the team.

Didn't see any of the game, but box score would indicate Humphries being a complete non factor on the glass.  My guess is he was busy camping outside on the perimeter.

I dunno about that. Kris the Enforcer fouled out the game. Based on that stat alone, sounds like he had a good night to me. :)

It's a testament to his hard work that he's still in the league.  He was a joke once upon a time just like JaVale McGee but has carved out a respectable career.  Had he stayed with Kim K he'd likely be dead in a ditch.

His similarity scores are interesting.  Birdman at 90% is kinda surprising.  The ASG's Very Own Danny Ferry, Chuck Hayes (he still in the league?) and Phil Jackson also.
