Trade #12, the Minny #1, and Scott to move up to #6 to take Buddy Hield.

Take Cheick Diallo at #21 (real project but I can't think of anyone else to take at that value).

Sign Chandler Parsons to a 3 year, close to a max deal (risky though).

Resign Al Horford (sigh, they don't want to let go).

Let Kent Bazemore go.

BONUS: Take Kay Felder in the 2nd round.

Starting lineup of Schröder/Hield/Parsons/Millsap/Horford

What will likely happen:

Trade #21 for a veteran player.

Take Malik Beasley a little early at #12.

Resign both Kent Bazemore and Al Horford and keep Kyle Korver as a starter.

Get Shelvin Mack back in July.

Starting lineup: Schröder/Korver/Bazemore/Millsap/Horford

Interesting but defensively our swing men get eaten up. Personally I don't think Parsons is that good and micro fracture surgery is not something I think we should take a chance on. We should be focused on Batum ... He would be perfect but I don't think he leaves Charlotte

I like the moving up to get Buddy. I don't like the Parsons move. I honestly think we need to move into the top 6 tomorrow night somehow. Brown Buddy or Jam Murray.

Couldn't Beasley possibly fall to #21 given all the injury risk surrounding him?
