Nope.  Has a stacked team as is.  Good chance the Cavaliers make the finals this season without him.

Not sure if your serious but just in case, without LeBron the Cav's rotation at SF is Jefferson, Korver and Jones. Don't see that making the finals and even the ECF would be quite the challenge.

And they don't have that guy who will distribute the ball ... Irving is a great scorer but a below average point guard.  They would potentially make the playoffs but would be a low seed ... they def wouldn't make the playoffs in the west

1000 percent serious.   They are still loaded even without the walking crying whining steroid.  The east was as been as it's been in awhile.  It's no accomplishment having three practice series every playoff run.  They'd be fine without him.  Still have shooters everywhere and the best offensiven rebounder in the game in Thompson.  Let's not slurp him too much...

I don't think he would take every team to the Finals, people forget that Love was a franchise player with Minnesota, and Irving is just about a franchise player himself.

We talked earlier this season about how the CLE team seemed more vulnerable. They've turned out to be less vulnerable than ever, of course. But from where I sit, LBJ needed this supporting cast this year nevertheless. I don't agree that he gets any team to the Finals, but I could probably stomach the argument that he gets any playoff team to the Finals.
