I think Darko and Isiah Ryder are both available at very reasonable contracts as well.

Chances are they won't meet minimum salary.  It's basically 10 million less than the cap so roughly 89 million needs to be spent on player salaries.  Regardless of if they don't spend 89 million or not they will actually spend the minimum.  Whatever the amount they are short by is distributed  amongst the players they have on the roster.
