    you can't really compare players on their first extension vs capela who's already signed one prior to the extra 2 years. Open market he'd easily get 4/100, a fair comp would be steven adams, and i think CC brings more to the table

    i can see JJ turning out like smoove, not quite a bust, shows flashes of talent but also a head case and could never quite put it together to achieve stardom. though if he's putting up 9WS year like smoove did at his peak that's tremendous value for a 20th pick.

    i feel like in certain scenarios JJ is going to be big enough to play on floor together with JC. Whereas in previous year when we ran JC at the 5 he'd get overwhelmed, JJ is quick and strong enough to provide help if needed. Imagine the D with dre/cam/jj on the floor at the same time.

    if it's frontloaded or flat, the way salary cap is moving up, it'll be easy to move in 3 years if we have to.

    josh lacked discipline, woodson just let him do whatever the hell he wanted and developed terrible habits. With coach bud/nate i think they really would've tapped into his talents.

    i like it... playoff tested, defensive minded, knows his role offensively (won't try to do too much), hopefully no off court drama lol

    Reminds me of a more athletic Kyle Anderson, seem crafty around the basket, good handles/vision.

    KAT's defense is underrated imo, twolves is a mess team wise and KAT has to carry such load on both sides of the ball. His defensive responsibilities would be much more defined in ATL and his offense is infinitely better than CC. With that said, not sure if i could give up on Hunter so soon.

    bud's been playing his big 3 40+ min in close games, really doesn't matter when cam plays as long as he gets an opportunity to disrupt their offensive rhythm.

    one thing i'd like to point out is that we are able to go to Trae for the last shot and be comfortable with him taking it (make or miss), MIL had to have Middleton take the last shot because they can't rely on Giannis when they need a 3. To me that's a psychological advantage
