Andersen ain't half bad. He does seem more like an offensive center though. But to be completely honest, scoring in the post has been a major weakness for us. If his post game translates to the NBA, he could be a valuable asset.

Batista got the ball in the post, faced up, and deliberated popped the guy guarding him in the face with the ball. That was cool!

Andersen just drained a 3 but then got subbed out for a breather. His current coach must be trying to get him adjusted to Woody ball in advance.

He looks good enough to replace pachulia next season but we all know the NBA is another level of speed and physicality than overseas.

Papaloukas is out there too. Number 4 for CSKA. There was alot of talk in the pre-season about the possibility of bringing him in here too.

Bringing in Andersen allows the Hawks to S&T Childress with Zaza for a veteran wing with range.

For example, Childress+Zaza -for- Maggette.

Toughness my ass. The guy can't block [censored], can't rebound worth a damn, can't play defense, can't play offense. You can send him out to get the stars of the other team get suspended though.

His contract is up and BK said at the town hall meeting that they planned to bring him over. Sekou reported this also.

His game reminds me of Jason Collier. Not a true center but one that plays from the outside in.
