It works guys.............look again in the middle of the page.

It must not work with Firefox then because there is nothing in the middle of the page but a link to foxsports1670 and an online ad with a sun on it.

It's because they didn't add an Embed tag for Mozilla based browers, only the IE Object tag. It should work in Chrome though as I believe it supports Object tag.

I see the link on Chrome but when I click the block it disappears. That might be the result of a protective "add-on" similar to the no-script for firefox but usually it shows you the link and then loads it normally when you click it.

This should work as a direct link to the audio...http-~~-//acp77987.vmixcore.com/core-dl/71/0/7/1284604411/2801/71/1472/2394449e661f77d50558ee0f7e334f92.mp3

I don't think I say it enough but I really appreciate all the work you do to make this site the hands down best sports site I visit. Even little things like this show how much you care about the community here.

Ahh thanks Soth, I appreciate that man! Just trying to make it easier on myself and if that helps others then it's a win-win :)

Hey Dolfan, can you give a direct link to the Sam Amico interview too from the second link? Thanks.

It's there, go back and look at the original post.

Thanks for providing that for other browsers. I'm unable to help this morning. Stuck in doctor's office. Is everyone able to hear it now?

No problem... thank YOU for providing the excellent interview links.

Some things I took away from the interviews...

Most notably, Ferry keeps reiterating that he moved his family here and that ownership is committed. That's huge and along with this contract he's on, it kind of confirms what we're hoping for. That the ASG is going to get out of the way. If they were truly intending to stay as owners of this club, then this is the kind of statement they should make. The blunders of this ownership group and previous front office management (talking about BK here, not so much Sund), all but forced this kind of move if they want the fans, the league, and the media to take them seriously. This is what good ownership does...hire the right people and get out of the way.

So it's obvious to me that change is coming. That would be personnel change too. Interesting remarks about kicking the tires on other teams and vice-versa. Very little time was spent praising the accomplishments of what this team has done. There was some extended talk about success and long term success. BUILDING a program that can do that. There's your clue right there.

This team is successful. You can't argue with the results. He's not talking about making the playoffs though, because he's talking about building that success NOW. It's also important that he puts emphasis on the conversations they've had, ownership's commitment to putting a quality team on the floor, and the amount of freedom and control he has. None of that is important for WLOC. Control means...I trade Josh if I want to. I trade Horf if I want to (God forbid). I fire Drew if I want and hire the coach I want.

I'm cautiously optimistic because the message that I'm getting here is that we're about to start a new era. I can only hope. Because it's about 2 seasons overdue IMO.
