I figure it will take him at least him 2 years in Buds system to really contribute on both ends of the floor. Glad we brought him over to be in our development program. Hawks are building something special.

I think he's ready to play right now. Watching some tape of from this previous season has shown me he can defend and rebound at an NBA level. The only thing I've noticed is he still has some issues with foul trouble.

I'll give him a year and a half for awareness and footwork's sake. There is just no easy way to acclimate to NBA banging as green as he is and without great athleticism, regardless of his size. I'm very optimistic, though. If Moose makes his predicted stride with weight and strength there's no rush.

We know he's gonna be developed in the most advantageous way possible. He's gonna be drilled on PNR principles on both ends, but I'm anxious to see how much the staff will try to cultivate a post game.
