It's funny.  DMC was here for 2 years and he had a whole lot to say about how being on the team effected him as a person and a player.   His words were heartfelt. 

Horford was here for 9 years and he couldn't even write anything original.   Sheez, I would have rather he talked about having to drag sorry teams to the playoffs  for 9 years than him to get out there with this farce of a letter filled with fake sentiment and unoriginal writing.  Nothing personal, nothing that says this is How I feel about my experience.  I listened to Frank Calieda as Morgan Freeman reading Durant's letter.  I believe that Durant wrote that.  I read these words for Alice and I think... OK.  This is just something that was rushed on paper for the Brand.   Hell, I bet Elton Brand had better things to say about the franchise in a twitter exchange than what Horford wrote. 

I would have thought that Al would have said something about the Latino community about marrying his wife while being a Hawks or something.  No.. Just thanks... I will cherish.. I'm out. 

Sorta like he played the Last season.  He went through the motions and just didn't commit himself to the team.

Bwahhaahaha! Someone must have told him to place that.....after Bazemore's. Something is telling me he's already regretting on how he handled the situation. The more I think about it, the more I think Horford made his decision before before the season started. He clearly packed it in so he wouldn't get a major injury.
