I am definitely intrigued.  Since he has been the assistant GM with how they do things with Kerr, who is from the Pops tree, and Bob Myers, they have drafted extremely well and have made solid moves overall.

He seems like a guy who is the perfect blend of scouting and analytics.  He's a nose to the grindstone type that would likely mesh very well with Mike Budenholzer.

Ok this seems like a perfect fit! I hope west isn't hyping him up but he sounds like the perfect candidate

A little trivia via the AJC. The Dawgs actually only batted .500 that year at 15-15, all in the distant past though.

Schlenk also served as an assistant coach at UGA during the 1998-99 season under Ron Jirsa.

So, main takeaway here is what the Colonel said at the end, voicing appreciation for the decision-making structure with GSW.

Secondary takeaway, between this and the previous clip that KB posted, is that this is very much a player development/assessment kind-of guy.
