Is to fire 🔥 Nate. This isn’t working. The longer we wait the more time we are wasting. Why delay the inevitable.

I’m just waiting for the headlines:

The Hawks relieve Nate McMillan of his duties as Atlanta’s head man.

He’s bad.

Maybe not Lon Kruger or Bob Weiss bad, but pretty bad.

Let’s get on with it. Interim coach or whatever, I can’t stomach watching Nate make the same lame moves game after game.

Unless we are bringing in a veteran coach off the scrap heap somewhere who would replace Nate? Nate got rid of assistant coaches that would be potential interim coaches. You'd have to bring in someone like Snyder or D'antoni at this point to take over. 

I expect his first move will be trading Collins. Tonight's game was the team showcasing Collins and giving him the ball for once. 

Nate probably has until the AS break for the team to get healthy and start winning. Ressler is not going to want to pay Nate to stay at home and then hire yet another HC. 

I agree that Nate is a problem. We simply have no real offense except a high pick and roll with either Trae or DJM. 3 guys just literally stand around the three point line watching. It is just painful to watch. High school offenses have more movement and creativity.

Landry Fields has two choices.

1- Fire this entire team.

2- Fire Nate.

Therefore, the question is, "Who do we replace?"

He who? Udoka?

I imagine he'd have us running more movement and having the passing game element put into the offense. Anything is better than Nate's current offense.

Bring in a coach who will actually develop OO as a PF and JJ as a SF..

OO is not Capela. JJ is not Gallo.. smh
