Trae again comes off as honest and professional with a desire to win but makes sure not to throw Nate under the bus and makes things more clear then ever that he does not want input into coaching decisions and just wants to play.

Wonder how the media will spin it to try and deride him?

They usually do it by ignoring facts and just making their own narrative.

Talking Head:  "Trae is so selfish.  His teammates resent him being so inefficient as a scorer that he can't playmake enough to make that up.  He needs to learn a lesson from a great team guy like Ja Morant."

Fact Driven Response:  "But Ja averages almost 2 fewer assists per game than Trae."
