It is definitely not a one-time event but this is why I wanted to see him starting for extended period of time to see him matched up against opposing starting centers on a regular basis.  His metrics are great but a lot of them are from lineups that are matched against reserves as well.  I'm hopeful he can sustain (and continue to improve) his productivity in a starting role but we've not seen him get an extended opportunity to do that.  He had a handful of games after CC got hurt and was doing great.  Then he got injured.  Again.  Sigh.

I wanted him starting the rest of the year so we had a real stretch of games where he could have some hot  and cold runs and see where he ended up.
