I haven’t seen him play live (TV), but I am gonna pass on Trae Young. Watched 2 minutes of his highlight video against Northwestern and that’s enough for me. Jacking up awful shots against bad teams. That won’t translate in the NBA or even NCAA once he faces good competition.

I would float Belli and Ersan to any and every team in the league. Minnesota seems like a good candidate because their depth is atrocious.

JJJ has through the roof potential. It would be awesome to see him stay at MSU for at least two years, but that isn’t happening. Offensively he’s behind the curve. He clearly relied on athleticism to dominate high school. Now that the level of play has gone up he’s looked mostly bad on offense. Had some nice moments, but definitely has a lot of work to do. Great rebounder and has amazing anticipation and understanding of where the ball is going to bounce. He’s fun to watch when someone fails to box out and the ball is just off the rim for a put back. Defense is miles ahead of offense right now and there’s nothing wrong with that. That great anticipation is probably even more prevalent on the defensive end. Elite shot blocker, but sometimes going for the highlight reel rejection is the wrong play. He’ll learn to play better defense, but now his mistakes or his teammates mistakes can be erased at the rim. His superior athletic ability, length, and inital jump make up for a lack of experience. He’s raw overall, but has more of a solid base than some other kids. As long as he continues to buy in he will be a FOY candidate.

Cleveland with or without LeBron still is at worst a top 4 team in the east.

Terrible trade for Boston. Cleveland got a great haul and you can argue the players they got are better already. Now add in a top 5 pick in next years draft. Cleveland is better now and in the future with this trade.

If Collins doesn't play a lot of minutes this season than he should go back and get a degree because he clearly isn't an NBA player. This roster is poop and with no talent in the front court you better be able to get some playing time.
