Un-frick-in believable....

Right after ESPN just explained how valuable 2nd rounders are.

I HATE OUR OWNERSHIP

Here, here. They'd rather get some money instead of paying a cheap fee to develop a big guy.

It's coming from wishful thinking on the part of Hawks fans. It's a rumor based on a rumor started via a translated article.

Exactly. It is a pipedream.

This is such a terrible financial decision let alone demoralizing to the fan base. Just a terrible way to ruin what was setting up to be a great night.

You know it's a bad move when AHF is demoralized and not being optimistic.

Exactly. How many of those translated articles over the years said David Anderson signed to play with the Hawks. lol

They hype us up pretty good there. I thought ASG wasn't that cheap but they sure are not caring about winning or they believe Zaza could be better next year. :help wanted:

Even if we get McGee, if CP3 is in Orlando, Wade and Bosh in Miami, we will never win s***.

It is just pissing on the fan base to sell picks. And when has it ever worked out? Sarver is the king of this move and it has cost him so much more money because he passed up on cheap young talent and had to sign piss-poor veterans to compensate. It cost him both money and wins. And this is our new model. Fantastic.

Why own an NBA team if you aren't even willing to pay for your draft picks? This isn't MLB where some prospects cost a bundle. This is signing someone who is as cheap as any vet you can sign with a ton more upside than a Jason Collins or Joe Smith...just to name a couple of vets this team was willing to pay for.

Nothing good about it.
