Premium Member niremetal Posted October 6, 2011 Premium Member Report Share Posted October 6, 2011 (edited) http://www.apple.com/stevejobs/ More than any other businessman in modern history, Jobs had an instinctive feel for the right time to release a product. He could see potential markets that didn't appear to exist before the product was released. Completely computer-generated animation film studio? A $400 mp3 player? A smartphone with more internet functionality than most computers? A tablet computer with a stripped down operating system? Even with the iPad, he had a decent number of people scratching their heads and asking "Who would buy these things???" With rare exception, he proved them wrong. One of the great geniuses of our time. Edited October 6, 2011 by niremetal

Premium Member Diesel Posted October 6, 2011 Premium Member Report Share Posted October 6, 2011 Yesterday, a genius died. He showed us what America could be. He tried to teach us to think differently. He tried to lead us to live free! I'm sure he was very hard to work for, but he was our shining example of excellence. RIP Steve Jobs!! Admin capstone21 Posted October 28, 2011 Admin Report Share Posted October 28, 2011 I was in Florence Italy when he passed away. Its funny the impact he has had because I found out from a street vendor. In his broken english he told me Steve Jobs the father of apple died.
