With the 163rd pick in the 2012 HawkSquawk Summer Dynasty Draft, The JaybirdHawk Hustlers select:

Kemba Walker, PG - 6’-1”, 184lbs

Kemba is a jet on the court and will be my change of pace PG off the bench. He has terrific quickness and ball-handling ability, impossible for defenders to stay in front of him – both in transition and in the half-court. His aggressiveness with the ball, ability to change speed and direction instantaneously, and phenomenal body control allow him to knife through defenses effortlessly. He's not afraid to drive full steam into the paint and draw contact at the rim, either. He shows great strength and toughness around the basket and gets to the free throw line at an exceptional rate.

PG – Kyrie Irving/Kemba Walker

SG – Marshon Brooks/George Hill

SF – Kawhi Leonard/Thaddeus Young

PF – Dirk Nowitski/Kris Humphries

C - Tyson Chandler/Meyers Leonard

Tried to PM Cap - but he woudn't take my message..

...and at pick 163, the first Bobcat comes off the board... Shows you how bad they were last season... Nice pick with Kemba, I considered him at my Conley pick. Good, young player with a ton of upside.

I wanted some toughness and role playing for my bench and so the Crew selectsAlonzo GeeThe dude is a hustler. He works hard and scaps and dives for all his points and rebounds. He is an excellent defender and help defender will help with Bargs guy.

The U-Niques are always glad to grab productive size and our next pick stands 7 foot, 268 pounds and just finished his age 29 season:

Chris Kaman

Kaman showed no dropoff in his skills last season and is currently interviewing for a starting role next year. His per 36 numbers show good production across the board with:

16 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks per 36

Not a lot of 7 footers anywhere in the draft with that profile, let alone in round 11. Kaman can compete with Kanter for some backup minutes and is a stud for insurance for our frontcourt. Kaman is still in his prime (his numbers last season were virtually all above career averages), and he should be a productive reserve big man for years to come.

Tony Parker / Eric Bledsoe / Rodney Stuckey

Kevin Martin / Bradley Beal / Rodney Stuckey

Andre Iguodala /

Kevin Garnett / Carlos Boozer

Dwight Howard / Enes Kanter / Chris Kaman

Plus, the ladies love him!

The numbers are still going strong but, yeah, he is probably the ugliest man in the NBA today. The scraggly prematurely balding hair doesn't help but it is only part of the whole look.
