I think that once NBA2K13 comes out we can create a league with these teams in it and then simulate a season and playoffs and see what happens. Did y'all do anything like that last year?

Larry Bird

Bird led a good Pacers team without a single All-NBA player to a .687 winning % over 3 seasons and into the NBA finals. He has been through the battles as both a coach and a player and will be an asset in managing our personnel as well given his successful stint as GM for the Pacers. Bird is young enough that he has plenty of good years ahead of him with this squad, and we look forward to seeing what he can do with this talented team.

Picking on behalf of capstone (under his direction), his squad decides to add more size to the frontcourt and takes Toronto big man:

Amir Johnson

Amir is 25 years old and has put up some solid production for the Raptors, averaging roughly 12 points and 9 rebounds per 36 the last two seasons while shooting 57% from the floor. Johnson should come in and give some valuable minutes off the bench and you can't hope for more than youth, size, and productivity in the 14th round.

When the draft is all done, we will give it a week or so and then I will post a thread for discussion with all the final rosters, etc. Anyone who wants to run a simulation can do it and then post it there. It sounds like Dolfan is planning to do one after NBA2013K or whatever comes out.

You mean credible compared to a video game simulations credibility ? There are several people's opinions I would find more credible then a video game simulation using inaccurate player rankings. Then you have coaches ratings making an impact on player performace and development in the video game vs our own draft. There is no Larry Brown, Phil Jackson, or Pat Riley in that game. For example..............Simulate a Hawks season in 2K12 with Drew as coach and your lucky to make the playoffs. Simulate a season with the Hawks, but with a better head coach, and they win many more games. Edited July 12, 2012 by coachx
