I hate to say it but it's hard for me to see GS beating the Cavs this year.      The Cavs are a much better team than they were last year.   Although they didn't have much resistance getting to the finals.     If the Warriors are going to win the series it's important to shake the Cavs confidence early.

Did you see what TOR did to them in games 3 and 4?  That TOR team?  Like any other front-running bully, when that Cavs team hit the slightest bit of resistance they folded like a dollar-store lawn chair.

The defense and hustle the replacements played with for them last Finals is being vastly underrated.  Vastly.  No, they're not better players but what they brought to the table meant more to them than folks are willing to admit.

Also, just who is emoLove gonna guard this series?  I'll wait.  On the flip side, he'll have an actual PF-sized wing running him off his 3.

And if that wasn't enough for you, Leeborn will have another coaching mismatch as he matches wits with Kerr again.  Oh, and I'm sure Lue will look smart in his JC Penney's suit and Buster Browns on the sidelines.

Worryers in 6 just 'cause the league will suspend Graymond for game 1 to make it interesting.

Hate the finals matchup but thinking that if Draymond goes all MMA on one of LeBron's teammates he will definitely miss the next game.

Shoot, he may be suspended for something he did in game 7 to Steven Adams. Yes, Draymond was at it again after that "kick".

Yeah, seems like there is always that below the cuff player whose ugly head really reveals itself in the playoffs moreso than the regular season. History has let Laimbeer, Mahorn, Rodman and even PGs like Lue and Stockton get away with consistent dirty play. Before these playoffs I didn't think of Draymond being in the same get away with it category but not that big of a surprise really, I was wrong again. The NBA playoffs is the Jokers Wild of common sense.

I got the Warriors in a sweep ;-)

Don't appreciate the Warriors so much anymore at all but I would greedily accept that fate for the Cavs. The charging bull in a china shop, the three point specialist who never cared about rounding out his game power forward and the point guard who checks in and out daily only if he is healthy taking the trophy would be so very painful and in our Eastern Conference to boot .

If I have to root for a long-shot upside, it is that Cleveland gets spanked and KD or someone else in the Western Conference figures the path to the finals is easier in the East than the West and sees Atlanta as a team of good role players to come star.

Absent that, can I root for the team buses to hit eachother?

Don't fall for the okey-doke, Thom.  Dude is trying to use  his wicked jinx powers to will the Cavs into a Finals win.  Spud2Jinx is not your friend here.

@Spud2Nique, you must convert before it's too late.  Welcome Lord Wardell Stephen into your life and unlock your anointing.

Hell, I love the Warriors yet always discounted Klay.  Never again.  As tailored as his game is, his most valuable asset may be his non-existent turnover tallies.

I know y'all just be talking tounge-in-cheek.  It's gonna be some exquisite Ball played in the next 10 days.  Watch y'all gonna watch, Empire?!  Baseball?!?!?!

The Drew-Lue relationship is cool to me.  They've been together at 4 different phases of their careers.  I didn't know Lue had the Jerry West Stamp, either.  If The Logo vouches for you, I must fall in line as well.  They cannot stop the impending Game 6 blowout and 2nd straight confetti pour of Blue and Gold in their building, though.

Of course. Warriors in 4! Sweep!

Can't lie, it's fun watching the GS bench run circles 'round the Cavs starters.

It's ok to root for Livingston and Barbosa ... right?

I just cannot fathom how JR Smith and company shot 3's like they were lay ups against us and they absolutely sucked tonight. I realize the Warriors are obviously better than us defensively, but by that much?

Yeah, by that much.  I'm Steph's hype man (to your chagrin), but mostly because his defense has been wildly underrated for some time now.  The dude leads the league in steals and he never gambles, yet this dumb ass narrative that he's Steve Nash on defense still exists.

He made LeBron pass out from a post position at least 3 times.  When their Bigs switch, Steph still has to box out.  Weirdo Westbrook laughing at his defense when Steph has posted more DWS than he has the last two seasons.  It's a miracle our defense was rated as high as it was with the weakest link at the head in Jeff.

As good as Al is, Bogut is better in the paint.

We only have 2 outstanding perimeter defenders.  The Warriors double that.  Barnes is the weakest of the 4, still on par with Thabo minus the steals.  Igoudala knows LeBron's game almost better than he does.  He got mind control over that boy.

I love seeing the Cavs get waxed, but I'm afraid the series won't last long.  They could easily get swept if they're getting blown out while Steph and Klay shoot like dogs.  The game even ended quicker than usual seeing how LeBronna checked out early.  This matchup is just a nightmare for their isolation style.  The Warrios play 5 on 1 defense, 6 on 5 offense.

Confidence is reverse-kryptonite.  Them guys were unconscious against us.  Nothing pleases me more than seeing Shannin Fry come back to life/back to reality and be his usual ineffective self last night.

If I hear one more pundit say "these aren't the Hawks."  We get it.

Dude, is there anything worse than hearing them constantly with the, "Oh, the Cavs set 3pt shooting records vs the Hawks" and "The Cavs didn't get much resistance against the Hawks, blah, blah, bleh ..."
