Naya graduated from Emory with her MBA in Finance and Marketing, and currently is in the role of Player Programs Manager for the Hawks.

 

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't she hired as part of the fallout from the Danny Ferry Insensitivity mess??

It sounds like he was really doing the heavy lifting of the GMs office.   My question is.. was he behind these 2 year deals to Sap and DMC that got us caught up??  Prolly Not?  However, I was half joking when I said the Muscala resigning.   I know having a 1 Million dollar big is a good thing, however, is Moose really worth that??

They're only on the hook for something like half of Moose' contract until January, if I recall correctly.

That's hardly a big price for some insurance until Scott's situation is resolved, imo.

In fact, $1m is hardly a big price period for the 5th big on the roster.

I'm not sure why the ajc is reporting on this anyway.    They never have in the past.   I think they just report whatever announcements the Hawks make so it looks like they are actually covering the team.

Seems like you are reading a lot into this.  Blackstone had the highest title and a very short track record with the team.  These may well have been two of his people who are now exiting with him.  We really don't know.

Lol his standup is hilarious. He said that someone that was racist told him he looks like "under the bed" ...cuz he was so dark. Lol wtffff I've loved him since Next Friday.
