Howard is my favorite player on the team now

Howard brings it.  Period.  He's an elite rebounder.  I have yet to hear of him having any attitude problems that have been alluded to in the past.  By all accounts he's solid in the locker room.  

I don't think this team is in rebuild I think it's in remodel mode.

Not sure about his attitude/locker room performances. Especially in the Dallas game there were a few hints  he maybe doesnt fit very well with DS17. I think in general he is not very happy about the way he gets touches and post scoring opportunitys.

But im totally with you - Howard is the most important player in this hawks team.

He's been playing great and there is not any hints of locker room or personel issues. He honestly is doing better than anyone could have hoped. Let's just hope bud doesn't pull the team out from under him and goes in tank mode.

The guy has literally met or exceeded every expectation or want I had for him. I haven't seen nearly the levels of pouting or whining that I expected; he generally seems positive and sort of goofy, which is fine, and even when he gets multiple bad calls you can tell he gets upset but seems to be keeping things under control. And his free throw percentage is much improved.

He has done enough to win me over. The production is exactly what I felt we needed to threaten Cleveland(although still unlikely), and his attitude seems positive and he seems like he wants to win and be a good teammate.

he is a serious elite rebounder. I have zero complaints about Howard this year. I am proud of how he has approached this year and his time with the team in his hometown.

The refs tend to ignore Dwight getting grabbed or his forearms getting hacked so its been pretty outstanding Dwight has kept his composure this well. Imagine thats a subject discussed with Bud and staff because in a close one composure can definitely be the difference in a win or loss.

Dwight was great from the beginning on this season. He stepped up his effort at perimeter d and screens and got more confident at the ft line. Glad Bud worked things out on d.

Don't overlook his improved free throw shooting.  Hack-a-Howard, did not work for Dallas recently.

Even with lots of growing pains for us we have become a strong defensive team the last couple of weeks due to Dwight, Thabo and Dennis in particular. Opposing teams are not getting so many second chance shots and that bodes well for us too.

Howard's been the best player on the team. Millsap and Dennis have been good but up and down (though Dennis has been mostly up for a while now), but Howard has been a rock.

Now if we could only start any other player in the NBA other than Bazemore at the 2 it would be a pretty solid starting lineup.

I would've thought you would've taken up for your countryman (ha).

That actually was fairly funny.  He stole Lin's soul.  I don't think the other Neds appreciated it though.  They were looking at Lin afterwards like, "Lookat dis lame a** mofo."
