What the heck. A little respect from Bleacher? I almost don’t want it. They have us 4th behind Utah, the Bucks and the Nets for next year’s power rankings.

Between 4-8 for most.

Better get used to it.  Typical media delayed reaction.

"Hawks're good?  Better overrate 'em."

A lot of good can come from it though.  I fully expect a meaty national slate next season.

A lot depends on off season moves. But no reason we should not be a top 4 team in the East regardless of what happens to the teams around us. We were basically that this year while dealing with a multitude of injuries and a coaching change.

A little stability, chemistry, and playoff experience could bode well for a regular season run if we can stay healthy. Our depth continues to be a major asset when you talk about 82 games.

I’m thinking headlines following the first loss will be something like ... “Hawks overrated. Time to Blow It Up.” Followed by how we will be lucky to trade Trae for an expiring + lottery  protected 2029 FRP from Boston.

Insto-chango... waaaaaaaay ahead of any actual game... there will be 5 teams who, eggsperts say, had a better draft the ATL, and you can look for us somewhere in the 10-ish range.

The teams with multiple 1st rd picks always have a "better draft" than the guys with only one pick.
