No one gets 3 - 5 years to prove themselves.

Quin doesn't have enough cred to be given 3 - 5 years to turn things around.  Especially when we've kinda regressed since last season.

 

Both Quin and Landry will be fired by Year 3, if the Hawks aren't any better than they are right now.
