I read that yes, on Twitter, they signed him last Wednesday amid all the hubbub and the more touted news about Elton Brand. As several of us guessed in another thread, there probably won't be a press conference, the media will have to wait and see him at camp time.

I think the decision in 6 weeks on Jenkins' fourth-year option will be interesting. It's a big training camp for him.
