Super with you on your analysis, Jay.  Turner and Lin moves were dumb on their face when they happened.  Trading for Dedmon isn't the end of the world unless you are planning to use all your available dollars in the near term.  He is overpaid but at least value add overpaid unlike many of the worthless players we had the last two years.

Could be very wrong but always wondered if that move for Turner was not just a favor for Baze but also the fact that LP coached Turner in Philly and liked his control of the ball from multiple positions. Definitely too much time lapsed for that to work out for us do think. I know, another conspiracy theory but we all knew then that Turner is not an NBA point guard at any depth. So conspiracy in hand and all I still dig Travis Schlenk.

TS really has to prove he can sign good quality players for reasonable deals like Dallas did last year when filling out this roster

SEth Curry was a steal for them..Hardaway has been good too..Hawks could use both. lol
