Watching the game on delay, but a few thoughts. 

Trae Young is HIM!!!

AJ Griffin can shoot that thing.  Still lots to work on on the defensive end, but his offense is as advertised. 

Hunter looks good.

JC and Capela also look solid.

Aaron Holiday is much better than I initially thought. 

Tyrese Martin looks very good considering his draft position. 

Edit: I'm excited to see Jalen Johnson in the coming weeks.

It's the athleticism that this team has, that's sticking out in these 2 preseason games.

All the non elite athletes we've had coming off the bench in recent years

• Snell
• Knife ( Solo )
• Gallo
• TLC
• Bogi
• Lou
• Mays
• Vince

Even these 3rd stringers are playing with a speed that I haven't seen us play with in the entire Trae Young era.  We had a lot of guys that like to throw up bombs and not attack the basket, or attack on defense.

A very good post. What we'll miss with Gallo's bench vet experience we'll make up for with AHoli and JJ. JJ can rebound and push the pace.
