Korver is 6'7", 212 lbs, so could slid into that starting SF position. He does nothing but shoot three's, so it could work.C - Horford/Pachulia/PetroPF - SmithSF - KorverSG - Morrow/Jenkins/WilliamsPG - Teague/Harrisor:C - Pachulia/PetroPF - HorfordSF - Smith/KorverSG - Morrow/Jenkins/WilliamsPG - Teague/Harris

Korver is a spot minutes player. He doesn't defend, rebound or pass. He shoots threes. He does that really well but that is all he does. He is good for 10 - 12 minutes or for special situations.

I'd much rather have Ronnie Brewer if we're trying to find someone undersized to play SF for us. At least he can defend! Having a SG and SF who are weak defenders in the starting lineup would be a recipe for disaster.

Ronnie Brewer and Deshawn Stevenson seem very similar as 6'5'' SGs.............Stevenson is probably thicker and maybe could defend SFs better.

If we must have a white guy sharpshooter who doesn't defend playing SF for us, might as well just let Danny Ferry lace em up! He wouldn't count against the cap would he?

Better yet, have both of them on the team with 1 backing the other up and doing nothing else but defending while our defensively weak SGs are in the game.

He is known as the GOAT LeBron stopper, so I'd say he would match up against SF's pretty well.

Then maybe my second lineup is better... we could also be bring in our starting 2 guard because I don't think anyone is 100% confident with Morrow or Jenkins starting...

This is what getting rid of Joe and Marvin is giving us. A real bench. I agree that Korver is not my type of player but Korver, Lou Williams, Deshawn Stevenson, Devin Harris. These are light years ahead of Mcgrady, Green, Radman.

At the very least, he's a 'face guy', as my college roommate used to say - a poor man's Ashton Kutcher who can attract the young female demographic to Phillips.

Hahahah this is so true. I remember girls actually mentioning he looked like a broke Kutcher when we used to watch games against 76ers
