I'm with you. But if we wanted someone who doesn't play defense, I would rather focus the first days of free agency on Kevin Love and Melo, not Monroe as our prized free agent.

For those that need to read it to believe it...

Free agent center Marcin Gortat has agreed to a five-year, $60 million deal to return to the Washington Wizards, a person with knowledge of the situation told USA TODAY Sports.

 

The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because the deal can't be signed until the free agency moratorium ends on July 10.
