StephenHawking
After tonight's game it's time to start talking about useful draft prospects. Who do you like in the upcoming draft? On what kind of player should the Hawks build on?

StephenHawking
I'd trade Millsap for Batum then I'd have this: Schröder Batum Prince Hartenstein or Giles Howard My draft pick would be isaiah hartenstein but Giles would also be a possibility Edited December 4, 2016 by StephenHawking

Premium Member aali34 Posted December 4, 2016 Premium Member Report Share Posted December 4, 2016 (edited) Most likely a power forward or a trade This draft is very deep with perimeter players and less high-level bigs than the last two years. Ivan Rabb, Harry Giles Both are talented, but have issues at the same time- Rabb plays more like a center and may struggle on the perimeter offensively and defensively. Harry Giles has had meniscus surgery and ACL surgery twice which could be a problem seeing as he relies heavily on athleticism and quickness. If this doesn't turn around they could package the pick with a couple players and trade for some young assets. Not getting either of those guys as they are probably top 5 guys. You need to be more realistic. We won't have a bottom 5 type record, heck we probably aren't a lottery team. We would have to trade up to get either of those guys.

If Bud continues to play 4 out and 1 in basketball, it ain't getting better this season. Take your homer glasses off, it's as bad as it looks if it continues this way with no adjustments. Combine that with the fact that we have a bunch of key veteran guys, no way we plunge to the lottery unless we trade Sap and maybe a couple more vets like Kyle and Thabo. Mdizzle5
We need to draft BPA. Preferably one that can dribble and create. Oh, and can be starter material in the nearest of futures. It be nice if they had future AS talent too.
