I can’t really get fully behing a Gobert trade lol but I will say this. 
if Gobert is the potential trade Soth is referring to it has Synder written all over it lol…

An OO & Gobert tandem would be great defensively! Hell that’s lockdown if you can somehow keep Hunter in the deal too. 
 

But twolves would literally have to give Gobert away for a team to take him in my opinion.

2nd best potential trade is Siakam as long as the value is good. The only thing better about a Siakam trade over a KAT trade is overall defense of Siakam paired with OO. Offensively we have to keep Murray in any Siakam trade.

Siakam is more of an attack down hill scorer in my opinion. I never classified Siakam as a type of player that pounds the ball in the ground.

if he’s playing with Trae and Murray I think he has the perfect attitude as an attacker to just “go” as a 2nd or 3rd option  ….something JC cannot do.

Exactly — Going from Capela to Gobert doesn’t bring us closer to being a contender.  

Just run it back… or trade DJ if the price is right and we don’t want to pay him.  I won’t lose sleep over a Hunter deal as long as we acquire a quality asset in return, especially if he truly believed he knew better than Coach Snyder regarding defense technique/strategy.  Hunter has accomplished zilch.

Why would we trade for Gobert? We already have a similar player in CC, on a cheaper deal. I don't see the logic in that move.

Trae was air balling threes in summer league. Some of these guys haven't played organized ball in months. Historically, summer league has not been a reliable indicator of future success.

Trae still isnt a great 3 pt shooter though.. 

Hopefully hes in more catch and shoot situations under Quin..

Trae was passing his ass off and showed alot of flashes in SL btw.

@NBASupes just brought up he was available thats all.. I havent seen him linked to us anywhere..

He did play for Quin for a min though....
