MrNique
I'm not sure I would even want him myself, just talking it out and getting opinions. With his QO being pulled, would we be interested if he came cheap and/or 1 year? It'd give us:Teague - Schröder - Mack?Neal - Lou - JenkinsKorver - CarrollMilsap - ScottHorford - Brand - Noguera/Muscala?Getting Neal moves KK to the 3. Lou would finish games anyway. Be curious to see if Bud is interested in bringing him to help implement the system. I think I'd rather have a 3 and leave KK at 2 but there aren't many options left in FA at least. (And we'd still need a big.)What do people think?
Hairydawgz
I think he would be a good addition from the standpoint of knowing the new system. He may help the other perimeter guys in understanding their role.
yungsta
We already have gary neal on our team. His name is john jenkins.
benhillboy
Danny Green, Gary Neal, and George Hill are all the same guy to me: scrubbage.
HawksBalla
I would take him, he is better than Jenkins at this point and hopefully he would come cheap. Plus he would already be familiar with the offense. Plus he could be another tradable asset, flip him to a contender who needs a shooter.

TheFuzz
Gary Neal is a solid FA left. I'd take a look at Roddy B. and James Johnson as well.
Moderators PSSSHHHRRR87 Posted July 24, 2013 Moderators Report Share Posted July 24, 2013 No to Neal. We have too many guards as it is. We need wing depth and a starting 3. Korver should be our starting 2 next season. I like Neal, but we have no room for him and is redundant to Jenkins.
NBASupes
Neal is a nice fit around Leonard, Manu, Parker and Duncan but what we have??? Naw, I'll pass.

Premium Member sturt Posted July 24, 2013 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 24, 2013 (edited) I'd be intrigued but I think we need a starting-caliber wing with some height. We've got enough of the 6-3 and 6-4 types. Carroll isn't a starter. Korver might have to be, but I'd rather see him off the bench.
