Rough shooting but hey that's a lot of rebounds in 29 minutes.   Looked like he was guarding Smoove in some of the clips i saw.

Definitely one I will be keeping an eye on. My guess is he's never going to be much in terms of shooting efficiency.

Good for him. He'd never would have gotten playing time here, so I hope he can grow and perform for Minnesota.

I think we all knew the guy could rebound but that doesn't seem to line up as a huge part of Bud's philosophy.  What he's yet to show is on the offensive side.

 

He has the potential to stretch the defense but doesn't seem to have the confidence yet to put the ball in the hoop so it's hard to say what his offensive ceiling will be at this point.

28. Adreian Payne’s Left Hand

I’ve no idea what to make of Payne yet. He has the reputation of a low-IQ player who doesn’t read the game well, but he has some obvious NBA skills — a workable jumper, the explosiveness to rise for emphatic putbacks, and some high-speed post moves he can finish with his left hand:

 

 

I’d rather have the lottery-protected pick Minnesota gave up for Payne, but I’m intrigued.
