Tie breakers will work with us going down the line one to the next rather than looking at them cumulatively.  I.e., if two people predict the same record then the next tie breaker will be playoff prediction and then anyone tied in this category moves on to the next category, etc.

Tie Breaker Categories:

1 - Playoff Result (missed playoffs, first round exit, second round exit, conference finals, NBA finals, NBA champs)

2 - All-Stars (you get credit for # and for names so predicting 2 counts but you win if you pick Cam and Trae who make it while the other guy only gets one of those)

3 - All-Rookie (you get credit for # and for names so predicting 2 counts but you lose if you pick Cam and Hunter while the other girl correctly picks Cam and Bruno)

4 - Leading Scorer (total points, not PPG)

5 - Least Total Minutes Played Among the Top 10 In Total Minutes

I'm sure we will have a slow start but unlike last year I feel like our bounce back will be strong and once we hit our stride the rest of the league aren't going to want to face us. The end of the year tail off will likely be from those trying to secure positions and or us resting/taking it lightly until playoffs. I still don't know how far we'll go once we get there but I believe winning a ring for Vince would be enough motivation to atleast push us to the second round.

Ready to bet against myself with confidence at this juncture. 42 wins will be nowhere but in my twilight sleep for the Hawks this season. Trading for Turner to be a backup point and other minutes for him and then Len reverting to a YMCA center is as far as I need to go really. My projected other quality starter of Hunter at SF is gonna take some fermentation. And then of course, JC. Damn it man. Murphy's Law much?

Ya I agree. Tough to see a Collins 25 game suspension coming. He’s our 2nd best player, or was supposed to be this year.

Well, we didn't actually get to run this one out 82 games because I think we were on an improved trajectory for the rest of the season but this ends up at 20 wins and 24.5 wins on a pro-rated basis.  

All of us ending up too high for this season, with @smoove31210 and I coming "closest" by having the lowest win predictions.  In addition to (imo) likely ending up higher than 24.5 wins, my last tiebreaker Bruno Fernando would also surely have passed the actual #10 in total minutes for the team (Alex Len) if we'd actually played it out.  I had most of the other tiebreakers correct with us missing the playoffs, Trae as the only AS and Trae as the leading scorer (we'll see about All-Rookie when that comes out).
