Nate McMillan said there's no update at this point for Clint Capela who took an elbow to the head before being helped back to the locker room.

Even if its his eye its not like he can shoot anyway(disregard the behind the backboard shot) as long as it doesn't make him timid i think hes fine

Hoops Hype reporting that it was not serious. 

 

Clint Capela's injury not serious?

Tim Bontemps: The Hawks say Clint Capela saw the team ophthalmologist tonight, and will be re-evaluated tomorrow, after taking an elbow to the eye late in tonight’s game. Sources told ESPN there’s optimism about Capela’s status for Game 5, and of him avoiding any sort of significant injury.

I thought for sure he got poked in the eye and had a scratched cornea and would end up missing a game. When I saw the replay, I was thanking God when I saw an elbow to the bridge of the nose.  Cap will be ready to fire on Thursday.

Great now I'm imaging Clint coming out with an eye patch and Captain Crunch hat.....

Battered and bruised, the Atlanta Hawks move on to Milwaukee and game 5 of the eastern division playoffs.  Game 4 and the Hawks, with their star player out, romped.  He may play tonight or he may still sit.  Capela is injured and may be forced to sit.  Bucks lost their great freak.

Who has the deepest bench may determine who wins this series.  I vote Atlanta!  I know.  I'm a homer.  Nevertheless, In the blowout loss, both benches played the entire 4th quarter and we won!

Hopefully, tonight we will be coming home for game 6 with a 3-2 record !!
