35th in assists yet he ranks 12 in the league in turnovers. 5.1 assists with 3.4 turnovers per game is not very good.

20.1 ppg on 17.3 shots per game this year 41/33 splits not good either. And he’s a poor defender, poor attitude. Raptor had him one of the least impactful in the league.

His AST/TO ratio is not very good, true. Then again... not very bad, either. His 1.51 ranks him #118 of 230 forwards.

Yup. Lakers in a tough spot. Darvin is awesome but I don’t see the Lakers, even healthy returning to the finals with this core group. I think it’s over for them until they sign the next big star. For them though that’s prolly 2024 or even sooner, it’s BS. I hope they struggle for a while lol.

Okongwu should cover for some of Ayton's blemishes on defense and Okongwu and Ayton can work well together especially if OO improves that range. 

The idea of

Hunter

Randle

Capela

 

Screams too many cooks in the kitchen for me. With Trae/LaVine/Ayton. It's clear of the offensive pecking order and Okongwu knows he's our Horace Grant and Hunter knows he's our Bruce Bowen who's more capable of course. 

With the other way around, Capela is still gonna be spammed as that's how Trae gets going and Randle's screens are ass and he's more of an iso guy and I can see a lot of crying about usage and touches and with that crappy contract, I can see it all blowing up in TS/LF faces.

 

Stick to your OG plan. Get LaVine and Ayton. Keep Kevin, Hunter, Okongwu, JJ, and Coop. Keep 16th. And just keep building from there.
