I just realized that a Lakers and Celtics Finals scenario would be the worst thing ever this year.  For me anyway.  I really dislike LeBron and his fanbase and it goes without saying for Horford and the Celtics.  I might not be able to watch it...

 

If it comes down to it, which outcome would you choose?

Can't go with Lebron. While most other champions played with the hands they were dealt, Lebron couldn't win so he became the dealer and dealt himself hands. 

I hate the Celtics but I would rather see that team win than Lebron get one more ring and try to convince people that he is the GOAT.

Imagine if Jordan would have aligned himself with Barkley and Hakeem...

 That's the only way that Bron has won chips...

I think you're right dude.  As painful as it would be to watch Horford clapping his hands and smiling with that cap on, I think it's the lesser of two evils....

Celts- rank (most hated; 1st; history with us; Danny Ainge Tree Rollins, KG Zaza Ivan Johnson  to the fan; Benedict Arnold Whorebag. 

Warriors- cuz I’m jealous 

Heat- 4th most hated overall; Rony Seikaly (the Greek maestro) vs and the 94 knockout in 5. The Wade JJ thuggery 2009 we pulled off again. They knocked us out last year. In our division; prolly our biggest rival.

NY- 5-10 most hated. Fans hate Trae, but overall we’ve owned them but still hate greatly. Owner is a trash bag douche. 
 

Philly (see NY) 5-10th most hated in the NBA for me; we are their daddy’s though so they should actually hate us. I really hated Sir Charles and Mahorn when they were together there in the early 90’s too. They played us tough with Hersey Hawkins rockin back and forth at the FT line, Ron Anderson and the 3’s. One of the few specialist three shooters back then. Johnny Dawkins/Hawkins backcourt. TBS baby! Oh now, @kg01and I dislike softy Embiid; he’s a lil fragile for a certified “tough guy”.

Lakers 10-15 most hated. Lebron brings it down. Of course they are annoying but at the same time I’ve personally used them to combat the scrubs so in my eyes, not horrible. Plus, who didn’t love Magic, comon you know you rooted for Magic over Isiah, Bird or Jordan every time. We were in the East, as fans we had to like somebody and Magic always brought a smile to baby Spud face doh 

Suns- 15-20th most hated. Again in the west, in the scrubs division so I see them as allies for the most part. Loved me some KJ, Thunder, Horny, and Tommy Chame. I think it was their 1988 or 89 team that took the Lakers to round 2, loooved that squad. Smaller market west not much hate UNTIL…. The KD CAME TO TOWN. No more ring hunting for a glorified star ️ but really just Robert Horry dancing .

Nuggets- 25th-30th most hated aka 2-5 most fav team. From Fat Lever and baby Michael Adams and company I’ve always kinda rooted for those Mike high teams, I even dug the Doug (pun incidentally intended) Moe teams with Chris Mahmoud Abdur Rauf Jackson from LSU, loved that kid too he was studly. The Mutombo team with the Fonz who later became a Hawk that knocked off the heavy fav 94 Supersonics. Ooohhhhh weeeeee, ya I liked them. Plus, I love the Joker top 5 non hawks fav player of mine. PLUS, our resident stud @Sothron likes them so I support our man .

Im cool with the Lakers getting another one i like most the players on that team.  Will never support the Celtics or Horford getting a ring no matter what.  Plus if Celtics fail again thats gonna push Brown even further away and give us a better chance of getting him

The Lakers would arguably be a more organic championship this year than Phoenix. They were 33-49 last year and clearly out of the playoffs for most of this year.  No big collusion style talent infusion this year and no superstar abandoning their team to team up with LeBron - just normal GMing.

This whole thread exists as a construct to allow @Wretch to justify himself rooting for the Seeeees.

IDGAF if Bron-bron snags another rang but I for dayum sure don't want the Seeees to get one.  Another title-less year highlights the fact that the stellar rep for that franchise was really earned back when the league had like 3 teams so they won every year.  Since then, the non-Bird years have been more lean than folks wanna admit.

But I’m on board the Nuggets train.  We could name this site NuggetsSquawk for their title run.  Literally every other team involved are on my most hated list.  This is a nightmare.  It’s Nuggets vs everybody.

Agreed.  Those sneaky dirty Green.  Find their star and get him out of action.  It worked on Trae and now I watched "the beard" as he got his last night.  Oops!  Didn't mean to!  Yeah!  Right!  And, if you will believe this then I have some ocean front property for sale in Arizona.  PM me if you are interested.
