I've been soo jaded this last season that I have't kept up with the European players.  After the Spurs got Wemby I was done.  Sarr has got me excited. I'm gonna look at these other European players.

How tall is Anthony Edwards?  My point is for his size, just like Wemby,  we normally don't have players with that type of skill set at 7 feet tall.

He's a guy you pick in the teens and pray he pans out in any other draft.

Only the Hawks could go 50+ years without a #1 pick they drafted on their roster and then get it in possibly the worst draft ever.  Still beats the 11th pick or something.  Let’s go Fields!

I thought this was the weakest draft ever?  No way you trade out of #1, to get 2 picks deeper in the lottery, if there are no so-called stars in the lottery.

Keep the pick that has the size and potential to become a major star.

Lmao. Evan Mobley was miles better as a prospect on defense and Mobley plays like a big. Not a big wing.

Exactly. I see the interwebs going crazy about trading Trae and Murray for MORE pick in this draft. ....then rebuild. We are still out picks in 2025 and 2027.

I guess they can always give the pick back and tell the NBA they want to draft lower in the draft, lmao.

There is nothing negative about this draft as a Hawks fan.  I don't care how long it took.  Drafting number 1 is good.

Hell yeah! I want someone who can actually execute in the half court and play possession by possession basketball. This ain't NBA Live where you can run up and down the court with the defense having no awareness
