It's official - "FALCONS GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!"

For the second time, ever, Atlanta Falcons are going to the Super Bowl !

Their last trip, one of their stars and their spiritual guru was arrested for

soliciting an under cover police woman for oral sex.  This was the night

before the game.

This major distraction was enough to mess up the mindset of the entire team

and cost them an opportunity to be competitive.

Falcons defense has improved greatly and will be facing, again, one of the

great quarterbacks in the NFL.  We stopped Green Bay's and now must do it

again if they are to succeed.

Good to see Jimmy and Ros in Atlanta's final game at home. They are great Atlanta

fans and often are seen at Braves games!

I'm trying to ween myself from watching the replay of the NFC Title game on my DVR because I've already seen it three or four times from start to finish. You can't close out a building any better than that. Now onto the Patriots...

Seems that almost all those "talking head experts" expect a Patriot win.

Any where between a close game to a romp for New England.  Once upon

a time they were the Boston Patriots.  They have grown and spread out.

If Atlanta is to have any chance here, they must slow down Brady.  He is

better than Batman, Superman, The Flash, Paladin, Wyatt Earp, or any

one from Bonanza.  If you don't believe this, just listen to the "experts."

They expect our quarterback to be sacked every time he touches the ball.

He will not be able to even find Jones because they will have him covered

by 12 or 14 defensive players every play and these are the only two weapons

that the Falcons have.

Green Bay opened their game by trying, in my opinion, being dirty, to put

our QB in the hospital for a week or two.  Took him to the half time break

to recover.  Then he made them pay, big time!

What ever happens, come Monday morning, I will still be a Falcon fan!
